This is a diy electronics kit for 3D Led cube, a 3D matrix made up of 512 square LED lamps, which can display a lot of colorful dynamic lighting shapes. It Needs To Be Welded By The Buyer:

The PCB main board in this package has been well soldered and tested, and users only need to solder the LED lamp themselves, so users are only required to have a simple electronic technology foundation and soldering ability. There are 64 square holes on the main board to fix the LED and make welding easier. We provide paper welding installation instructions.

Hardware Composition:

Microcontroller: STC12C5A60S2  ​Driver chip: 74HC573 + BR4953, the horizontal 8 layers are positive electrodes and the vertical 64 columns are negative electrodes.

The masterboard is powered by 5V USB; there are 4 keys on the masterboard to switch animation modes (key functions are reset, start/pause, next animation, loop playback of single animation/loop playback of all animations respectively); the masterboard has a connector for downloading programs.

Displayed Patterns Allowed To Be Modified:

To enable every ordinary person to modify the displayed pattern (rather than a professional electronic engineer), we have created a 3D animation software on the PC computer. This is a quite simple software, in this software, you can use the mouse to light up or turn off each light on the light cube. 1, There are 64 square holes on the main board to fix the LED and make welding easier.

2, We tested the motherboard twice, using the AOI automatic test for the first time, and using the cube test platform for the simulation test for the second time.

3, In order to reduce the reverse leakage of the LED due to too long soldering time, we added 64 protection diodes on the motherboard.

4, As a matter of fact, only 512 leds will be used, but to prevent damage to leds during manufacture, each led is provided for standby.

5, We provide paper manuals in English by default, and we also have manuals in Japanese, German, Spanish, and Italian. Buyers can leave us a message if necessary.
